The Atelier Z The Village Custom is a distinctive semi-hollow electric guitar built to the same specifications as the artist model developed for Bluey Maunick, guitarist and bandleader of Incognito. This version features the same instrument specification without the artist’s signature.

Its thinline-style body features Mahogany construction across the top, sides and back, paired with a Maple neck and Jacaranda fingerboard. The 25 1/2" scale provides a familiar playing feel, while the semi-hollow construction and f-hole give The Village Custom an identity quite different from a conventional solid-body guitar.

A unique three-pickup configuration gives the instrument a broad tonal palette. Lace Sensor Gold pickups occupy the front and center positions, while a Seymour Duncan APTL-3JD at the bridge provides a contrasting voice. Together, they offer a versatile platform for clean, rhythm and lead sounds.
The WN finish is complemented by a white pearloid pickguard and chrome hardware, highlighting the distinctive body construction and unconventional pickup layout.

Hand-built in Japan, The Village Custom is equipped with Gotoh SDS-510-05M/HAP-M tuners and a Gotoh GTC-101 bridge, combining carefully selected components with Atelier Z’s focus on professional playability and musical versatility.
